Last updated: January 2024
1001 Christian Clipart respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Website that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted work has been copied or used on our Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via our contact page with the following information.
Your notice must include a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf. It must identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
You must identify the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Providing the specific URLs of the pages containing the allegedly infringing material is the most effective way to help us locate the content quickly.
Your notice must include information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address. It should also include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Finally, your notice must include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed as a result of a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and telephone number along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, 1001 Christian Clipart has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Website or terminate access for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Good Faith
Please be aware that under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a takedown notice or counter-notification may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. If you are unsure whether material on this Website infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting with an attorney before filing a notice.
